  Erika is fantastic. My family was in Breck for some skiing, but I had a herniated disc in my back after we booked the trip.  Had significant weakness in my hip & thigh.  After seeing Erika, I was immediately able to do lunges, which I couldn't before the session.  I was actually able to do some skiing with my family (blues only - no black runs).  Not only does Erika have significant knowledge, training, and ability to provide real results, but she is super nice.  She was able to see me the same day on short notice.  My next visit to Breckenridge, I'm looking forward to seeing her again as much as the skiing.  Thanks Erika!

  Erika is exactly what I needed. She knows the body, has good strong hands & can zero in on those places that need special attention. She is a one-woman show & has a cozy little space very centrally located. Erika is professional, knowledgeable, warm & inviting. I would highly recommend her w/o hesitation. Fabulous massage.

  Erika certainly KNEW what she was doing when giving me a full body massage. The room is clean, the bed is comfy warm, and the music selection is great--not the tacky, "new age music,"  that is just more distracting than anything.

Post day 1 after snowboarding, I was certainly feeling sore and my body's range of motion was definitely limited. Erika was great at taking initiative to ask me what my needs were and spent great attention and detail to executing her skillful techniques in terms of manipulating my different muscle groups to massage my aches and pains out. I can't emphasize enough how meticulous she is because she used various intervals and used other parts of my limbs, trunk, shoulders, hips and glutes to get deeper into my muscle tissues.

What's even better is that Erika will massage you up to the full hour. Should you choose Erika, she definitely won't disappoint! I'll definitely come back when I visit Frisco/Breckenridge, again. 🙂

  Everyone needs Erica's hands in their life! I have had a lot of massage all over the world and nothing compared to this one. She is a very experienced and thoughtful with her trade. Knowing everything about the body, how it works, and how the get the pain out. I road tripped to Breck from Texas, had horrible lower back pain from the trip. Erica completely took it away in a 1 hour session. Highly recommend her over and over again! Magic Hands!!! Thank you again, Erica!

  Absolutely fantastic. I tend to get some unusual knots being a musician, and Erika perfectly pinpointed these spots, worked them out, and gave a wonderful invigorating full body massage. I have felt great ever since, and that was over a week ago!
